Whether you’re feeling under the weather or snowed in by it, a healthy chili recipe is just what the doctor ordered.
We have developed a delicious Vegan and gluten free chili that you and your whole family can enjoy. And the best part is – it can easily be made in a crock pot to save time!
1 large chopped onion
1 clove minced garlic
2 cans organic low salt black beans – rinsed and drained
2 cans organic low salt kidney beans – rinsed and drained
2 cans organic low salt pinto beans – rinsed and drained
1 chopped jalapeno
2 cans organic diced tomatoes with chilis
15 oz. organic tomato sauce
2-3 tablespoons chili powder (depending upon how spicy you want it!)
1 cup organic white corn
1/2 cup of fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon lime juice
How To Do It:
*Chop up the vegetables and place them with the other ingredients into the crock pot (except the white corn, cilantro, and lime juice).
*Set the crock pot on low for 6-8 hours.
*For the last hour, add in the organic white corn, fresh cilantro, and lime juice.
*Serve with some gluten free corn chips for a crunch!
